Emergency First Response Bio for Mark Holley
Mark joins Emergency First Response with 10 years experience in the Health/ Fitness field including 5 years as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy. While serving in the Navy Mark had the opportunity to be stationed in Bethesda, MD at The National Naval Medical Center. He provided emergency and daily clinical care while working on a Neuro-surgery ward to members of the U.S. Armed Services, Members of Congress and Ambassadors to numerous foreign nations.
Mark also served in Camp Lejeune, assisting in the operation of a walk-in clinic for members of the Marine Corps, as well as providing emergency medical care as a certified Emergency Medical Technician. While at Camp Lejeune Mark provided CPR instruction, via The Red Cross, to Marines he served with.
After finishing his tour of duty Mark migrated north and completed his Bachelors in Exercise Science at The Ohio State University. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and holds a certification as a health and Fitness Instructor. He currently lives in Raleigh with his fiancée where he works as an exercise physiologist.
